I always had a secret desire for a fashion makeover! So I bit. I contacted Aaron and we arranged to do the virtual makeover. The methodology was pretty simple: first, there were some questions I needed to answer, then a phone call with Aaron for him to get a better idea of where I was and what I was looking for.

For me, it was mostly about energizing my look, making myself appear more youthful and energetic, yet tasteful. Is there anything worse than the 60-year-old guy with the backwards baseball cap? I didn’t want to be him! The goal also included putting together some outfits for going out and for job interviews.

Since we were virtual, I took a lot of cell phone shots of my current hairstyle, glasses, pants, shirts, shoes and suits and sent them to Aaron for his critical, yet kind eye. I think the worst thing he ever said was “we’ve got to get you out of those old man pants,” or something along that line.
